    Amazing jam packed day! Must do We started the day around 5:30AM meet up at BellaGio (then picked up the party at Circus Circus). Afterwards drove it Horseshoe bend, Antelope Canyon X and Grand Canyon in that order. We got home around midnight ish. But totes worth it! We visited from Toronto and I’ve never seen anything like the canyons.. shout out to Tim and our driver for making it such a memorable experience! the only constructive point would be to include more history of the canyons during the bus ride as I would have loved to learn more about these wonders. Nevertheless , great job!

    This adventure by far is the worse. TOUR IS IN THE DESERT! so why would the crew turn the AC OFF after 30 minutes( there was literally no air flow- guide even taped a few pieces of paper to the AC vent and it was not flapping) and only turn it back on when we requested? and i doubt it was by mechanical issues because the last 2 hours or so it was on at full blast and never tripped. 17 hours on a van that wasn't even fully equipped. Seats uncomfortable, no power outlets/usb to charge phones(everyone is using their phones nowadays to record and take pictures), no pockets or cup holders to hold drinks or food besides the overhead compartments, which we could only approach it when the van stopped because the drivers were swerving. a few of us were dizzy over half the time and the guide sounded like he was drunk. they used paper towels to shade us in the van from the sun! Seriously? what a waste! Cant the company afford $4 on those sun shades that have a suction to stick on the windows? upgrade people! When we got back from the tour the entire crew was exhausted! not by walking but by the heat in the van! I want a refund! spending 17 hours - they only provided lunch. TOUR STARTED 0230 morning and ended 2100. could have at least added a small breakfast( a donut or even a muffin) or a tiny dinner after paying almost $300 per person. NEVER AGAIN!

    Had the tour with Mekki and Katsu who were both lovely tour guides, impressive that they managed to drive us around safely for the whole time, kept us entertained with their energy and music in the vehicle and interesting bits of info along the tour. Were keen to take photos and knew all the good spots! It’s a long day but well worth it

    2:30 am start time is rough, but there’s plenty of time to sleep in between stops (though the van isn’t the most comfortable place to do this) and the guides are good about giving us regular stops at gas stations (every 2 hours). Tall socks are recommended to avoid getting sand inside, there’s plenty of it when you’re walking around antelope. Would probably sit this one out if you have mobility issues, there’s a steep climb at antelope and some hiking there and at horseshoe, and there are stairs at the lodge at Grand Canyon. Make sure you bring breakfast and snacks and stay hydrated! Definitely worth the experience 😃

    The driving was good however a few things to take note of, the van was small for the number of folks on the tour with barely leg room at all, even flying economy seemed to have more leg room. The guide Tim was friendly but wasn’t knowledgeable nor able to share facts of places we were going to visit, I have been on a number of tours through Viator and this was the least good experience. Highly disappointed to the point we were actually eager to get back to our hotel as soon as possible. I do give the guide and driver credit for dropping us off at the hotel and playing good music on the drive. Important to note that a bigger shuttle with more leg room should really be used especially since this is a 17hr tour.
