Informative, entertaining, responsible and going out of the way to deliver
, Feb 2022
Our tour was spread over 2 days. The 1st day was loads of fun with Lulu, who provided heaps of entertainment. Russ took the anchorage tour and provided extensive coverage on the 1964 earthquake impact as well on conservation efforts, Alaskan mindsets. Really appreciate him going out of his way to accommodate to our requests in terms of pick-up and drop-off locations. His passion as a guide and love for nature showed in how he would make impromptu stops whenever wildlife was spotted. Highly doubt about it!
Fun All-In-ONe

Going to Whittier, seeing a bore tide - Just WOW - and all the animals. Russ was very knowledgeable about Alaska and Anchorage in particular and it was great to hear history and anecdotes that help make memories. Saw an injured eagle and Russ followed up to get it help. Amazing!

Russ was a wonderful tour...

Russ was a wonderful tour guide. Customized the trips to our likes and doesn't extra time on places we were interested. Made sure we got the best photos and see all the wildlife we could! Very knowledgeable and made sure we were fed and comfortable the entire trip!
Unique tour

Had a wonderful time. Russ was so informative on the history of the places we saw. We were given plenty of time for photos. We saw places we never would have seen or knew existed if we had been out seeing Anchorage on out own. This tour is highly recommended.

Thank you for the vote of confidence. I truly enjoy the All-In-One tour just as much as my guests... maybe even more. :-) Often times we get out and about and I forget to watch the time. Alaska is my home and I love sharing it with guests like you. Hope your travels bring you back this direction someday. Cheers
Great way to see Anchorage!
, Nov 2019
I had a great time seeing the sights in Anchorage and the surrounding areas. Russ was a great tour guide, and took us on an "earthquake tour" throughout the downtown area. It was fascinating to learn how severely Anchorage was affected by the 1964 earthquake. In addition, Russ took us around residential areas in Anchorage and pointed out what he perceived as each participant's dream house :) (he was spot on, in case you're wondering.) We saw animals in a wilderness preserve, took a scenic drive down beautiful Seward Highway, and stopped for photos along the way. We also went to a little fishing town called Whittier for lunch, and learned about the unique way of life for the residents. I was a solo traveler (in AK for business), and this was a great way to see the city and surrounding areas without having to worry about driving or creating an itinerary. It truly is a fantastic way to see Anchorage in one day. Only caveat - there is no opportunity for souvenir shopping. You'll have to do that on your own time.
